At the request of a potential client, TeleCenterInc.com will attempt to identify and contact potential independent outsource vendors that, in its estimation, may satisfy the service requirements of the potential client. TeleCenterInc.com may then request that these vendors contact the client for possible evaluation.
If the client chooses a vendor identified by TeleCenterInc.com, the vendor, not the client, will pay TeleCenterInc.com a commission or finders fee for its services.
TeleCenterInc.com grants no warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranties of a vendor's merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The evaluation, determination, and selection of a vendor's fitness for a particular purpose or service are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the referred potential client. TeleCenterInc.com shall not be responsible, and will be held harmless by the referred potential client, for any damages arising out of any possible legal action brought against the vendor by the client.
